Recipe: Brown SconesIngredients: Directions: Roll the dough out evenly, but gently. Roll to about one finger thickness, working on a floured marble board. Using a biscuit cutter, cut down with a single, swift stroke-- Do not use a twisting motion. Transfer scones to parchment-lined cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 425°. If available, place a pizza stone on the lowest oven rack. Bake the scones on the highest available rack for 14-15 minutes.
