Recipe: Irish-Style HamIngredients: Directions: Remove from heat and allow to stand in the hot liquid for 30 minutes. Remove ham, skin it and score the fat with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern. Stud with whole cloves. Mix sugar and mustard then rub liberally into the surface of the ham. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400°F for an additional 10 minutes per pound, about 45 minutes to an hour.
