Our dishes are prepared using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Our milk and cream come farm-fresh from an Amish dairy in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The eggs in our signature tiramisu come from a small, local farm in Delaware-- and they get them from the chickens that freely roam their property. The beef we use in recipes like our moist, fork-tender Blackberry Muscadine Roast comes from grain-fed mid-west American cattle. Even our honey is obtained from a local hive.
