Our Key Lime pie is made with a propietary blend of lime juices and topped with real whipped cream accented by a hint of Tahitian vanilla and fresh lime zest. Our chocolate bread pudding with warm, homemade butterscotch sauce is rich, decadent and unforgetable.

Are you in need of an elegant dessert for a dinner party or other special occassion? Try our champagne sabayon over fresh fruit, strawberries in aged balsamic or our one-of-a-kind, berry-topped creme fraiche tarts.

The finishing touch...

All Saoirse desserts are made-to-order. Many, such as our pies, tiramisu, pumpkin cake and bread pudding are delivered in clear or cobalt blue Pyrex glass bakeware. We prefer not to put your food into cheap plastic, styrofoam or aluminum containers that could alter the taste. The bakeware we use points to "homemade quality" and ensures your dessert is ready for presentation on your table. Should you decide not to mention that someone else baked it-- your secret is safe with us. And the glass bakeware is yours to keep.
